Law No. 10.097, of December 19, 2000 - amends provisions of the Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT, approved by Decree-Law No. 5.452, of May 1, 1943.  Decree no. 5.598, of December 1, 2005 - regulates the hiring of apprentices and makes other provisions.  MTE Ordinance No. 615, of December 13, 2007 - creates the National Apprenticeship Register, for the registration of entities qualified in methodical technical and professional training, listed in art. 8 of Decree No. 5.598, of December 1, 2005.  Decree 6.635, of November 5, 2008 - amends and adds provisions to the Rules of Procedure of the National Industrial Apprenticeship Service - SENAI, approved by Decree 494, of January 10, 1962.  MTE Ordinance no. 1.003, of December 4, 2008 - amends arts. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 of Ordinance no. 615, of December 13, 2007.  Ordinance No. 1.715, of September 21, 2009 - creates the Information Matrix for Professional Apprenticeship Enrolments offered by entities qualified in methodical technical-professional training as defined in article 8 of Decree No. 5.598 of December 1, 2005.  Ordinance No. 1.681, of August 16, 2011 - amends Ordinance No. 2.185, of November 5, 2009, and § 2 of Article 1 of Ordinance No. 615, of December 13, 2007.  MTE Ordinance No. 723, of April 23, 2012 - creates the National Register of Professional Learning - CNAP, for the registration of entities qualified in methodical technical-professional training defined in art. 8 of Decree No. 5.598, of December 1, 2005.  Normative Instruction No. 146, of July 25, 2018 - Provides for the inspection of compliance with the rules on professional apprenticeship.  MTE.
