ACTIONS DEVELOPED DURING THE INTERNSHIP:
Knowledge of the equipment;
Preparing for equipment start-up;
Drawing up procedures;
PRE-PARTY.
Check the tank level;
Check the gas level;
Checking the valves;
Water pipes;
Gas piping;
DEPARTURE.
Switch on the control panel;
Check the water level in the boiler;
Switch on the water supply pump;
Turn on the burner;
OPERATION:
Boiler water treatment;
Check the level of the chemical product tanks;
Check that the dosing pump has started;
Manual unloading
Automatic unloading;
Visual inspection;
STOP:
Turn off the burner;
Close the manual gas inlet valve;
Switch off the water supply pump;
Close the valve;
EMERGENCY:
Low water level audible alarm:
Check that the water supply pump is switched on;
Check that the electric motor is working;
Trigger electrical maintenance;
BURNER WON'T TURN ON:
Exhaust fan won't turn on;
Exhaust fan switches on;
Check gas pressure;
GAS LEAK ALARM ACTIVATED:
Close the gas inlet valve;
Start the boiler shutdown procedure;
Call maintenance;
Opening the safety valve:
Check the trend;
Perform functional tests.
