SENAI Pernambuco graduated 1,448 students from the technical courses offered by the institution at its ten units: Santo Amaro, Areias, Paulista, Goiana, Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Ipojuca, Caruaru, Belo Jardim, Petrolina and Araripina. The ceremonies were attended by the graduates, their families and friends, as well as teachers and SENAI employees.<\/p>\n
At the graduation ceremonies she attended throughout the state, SENAI-PE's Education Director, Ana Cristina Dias, spoke of the feeling of mission accomplished in delivering qualified professionals to society with SENAI's expertise of over 80 years. \u201dWe develop various perspectives in these students, such as the combination of theory and practice, without forgetting socio-emotional development. Nowadays, this combination is indispensable. By developing these skills, SENAI is shaping a professional citizen who is ready for the world of work,\u201d he said at the event held in Caruaru.<\/p>\n
Marcos Castro Castilho, a graduate in Electrotechnics from SENAI Petrolina, gave his speech as valedictorian and said he was happy to have completed this stage of his life. \u201cI thank God and SENAI for transforming each of us into qualified professionals of excellence with the mission of increasing the productivity of regional industries,\u201d he said, representing the sentiments of the students qualified by the state's ten units.<\/p>\n
The school manager of the SENAI Paulista and SENAI Goiana units, Paulo Djalma, was the patron of the graduates at both units and congratulated the students on their persistence in pursuing their training. \u201cWhen we're signing your diplomas, we're congratulating people who are resilient and have managed to achieve their education. There were all sorts of difficulties along the way. You were warriors and you made it to the end.
